Interim IT Manager

Main duties:

• Manage the business's need for new system functionality
• Prioritize, estimate, and allocate resources for incoming needs, and follow up on development assignments both internally and externally with our partners.
• Establishes contact networks and relevant forums to ensure good end-user communication
• Ensure that we, as system owners and system administrators, continue to build a stable base of process documentation, system solution documentation, and instructions.
• Drive continuous improvements in our delivery area at both the strategic and operational levels
• Lead a team of Business Process Specialists who will partly be project resources in ongoing system rollouts, partly resources to support live units and management assignments.

To be eligible for the role:

• Relevant academic education
• Leadership experience
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
• Genuine interest and understanding of system development, IT administration, and IT service management
• International experience
• Swedish and English, spoken and written

About the process:

The assignment is full-time, starting as soon as possible, and is expected to last for approximately 12 months.
