Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim IT Manager to a Swedish company with international operations.
Main duties:
- Manage the business's need for new system functionality
- Prioritize, estimate, and allocate resources for incoming needs, and follow up on development assignments both internally and externally with our partners.
- Establishes contact networks and relevant forums to ensure good end-user communication
- Ensure that we, as system owners and system administrators, continue to build a stable base of process documentation, system solution documentation, and instructions.
- Drive continuous improvements in our delivery area at both the strategic and operational levels
- Lead a team of Business Process Specialists who will partly be project resources in ongoing system rollouts, partly resources to support live units and management assignments.
To be eligible for the role:
- Relevant academic education
- Leadership experience
- Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing environment
- Genuine interest and understanding of system development, IT administration, and IT service management
- International experience
- Swedish and English, spoken and written
About the process:
