Interim Search har fått förtroendet att tillsätta en interim HR-chef till en verksamhet inom utbildningsbranschen, med placering i Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Drive HR-related initiatives to solve specific problems and challenges.
- Act as a strategic and operational advisor to managers and employees.
- Coordinate HR processes and collaborate effectively with leaders within the organization.
- Handle union negotiations and ensure good relations with union representatives.
To be eligible for the role
- Solid and broad HR experience.
- Has worked in the education sector
- Experience of working operationally and driving HR issues.
- Erfarenhet av att hantera HR-frågor och leda fackliga förhandlingar.
- Academic education in HR or a related field.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
