Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim HR Business Partner to a large industrial company in central Sweden.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Develop HR strategies
- Establishing policies and developing methods
- Structure salary surveys, Comp & Ben
- Participate and collaborate in union negotiations
- Contribute to skills development efforts
- Drive recruitment efforts, talent acquisition, and employer branding
- Improve internal and external collaboration
To be eligible for the role:
- Academic education in HR
- Experience of collective bargaining
- Accustomed to leading and driving projects/processes
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in a similar role
- Fluent in Swedish and English
- Industrial experience is an advantage
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for three months, starting immediately, and will comprise 100 %. Remote 50 %. We will present candidates on Wednesday, May 24, and interviews with the client company will be held on Thursday, May 25.
