Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Head of Customer Support for a logistics company in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- Responsible for leading and supporting the team in their daily tasks within the customer service area.
- Ensure that employees deliver high-quality service in customer contacts.
- Work actively with quality assurance through, for example, training, follow-up, and ongoing quality checks.
- Ensure that working methods and procedures comply with the guidelines, objectives, and needs of the business.
- Ensure that the right skills and staffing are in place to achieve the team's set goals.
- Handle labor law issues in collaboration with other team managers and with the support of local HR partners.
To be eligible for the role:
- Several years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building strong relationships.
- At least two years of documented experience in personnel management and team leadership.
- Accustomed to collaborating across functions to achieve common goals within the department
- Successfully built and coached strong teams with a focus on performance and development.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 7 months on a full-time basis, starting immediately. We will present candidates to the client on Friday, May 2.
