Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Head of Control for a global company with a service-providing business, based in Stockholm. The position reports to the CFO.
Main duties:
- Personnel responsibility for a controller team with a focus on development and management.
- Responsible for analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, both internally and to owners.
- Provide operational controller support to staff functions and participate in financial statements and internal reporting.
- Develop financial management processes, including forecasting and budgeting, and implement new tools and system support.
To be eligible for the role:
- University or college degree in economics or similar.
- Many years of experience as a Business Controller, including 7-10 years as an operational manager with development-oriented leadership.
- Experience from service delivery operations.
- Analytical skills, structured approach to work, and good accounting skills.
- You are an experienced project manager who drives change and improvement work.
- You have a coaching leadership style and work in a goal- and results-oriented manner.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as Excel (MS Office 365).
- You are a confident, communicative, and clear leader with a solution-oriented approach.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and based in Stockholm. It will start in March and is expected to last for approximately 6-12 months. We will present candidates in week 6, and interviews with the client will take place shortly thereafter.
