Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Commercial Manager for an international company specializing in providing innovative solutions in the manufacturing and wholesale industry. The Interim Commercial Manager will define future sales channels and target customers for Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, developing a tailored product assortment and customer services.

 

Main areas of responsibility;

  • Report to the Deputy MD, with the Sales Manager reporting directly to this position.n
  • Manage and support the Sales Manager and their team of 7 sales representatives, ensuring​ they are equipped with the necessary tools and training to succeed
  • Establish clear KPIs to measure progress and success
  • Focus on operational and tactical activities, ensuring successful implementation of sales strategies
  • Improve clarity and alignment across the Nordic team
  • Define future sales channels and customer segments in collaboration with the Nordic team​ 
  • Lead the Sweden recovery plan and collaborate on pricing strategy 
  • Achieve economies of scale in sales, product management, and engineering by focusing on​ shared priorities
  • Strengthen brand awareness and focus on building the company's presence in key markets
  • Develop the product range that supports the chosen channels and customer base
  • Work with the team to identify and address skill gaps and improve sales effectiveness
  • Create customer plans and marketing activities, leveraging current agreements that are​ underutilized

Requirements;

  • SSenior (10-15 years) commercial leader with expertise in both sales (75%) and marketing​ (25%)
  • Sstrong leadership skills, preferably experienced in HVAC or building​ construction sectors
  • Eexcels at implementing plans with both strategic and tactical expertise
  • Growth and rResults​ driven approach, with a focus on KPIs and improving sales effectiveness
  • Eeducational backgroundwithin Business Administration

About the process;

The assignment is expected to last for 6-9 months, starting as soon as possible.

We will present candidates on February 17, and interviews with the client will be held on February 18–19.
