Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an Interim Business Manager to one of Sweden's largest public transport operators, based in Stockholm.
Main responsibilities and duties:
- You will be responsible for the P/L and budget for an organization consisting of approximately 700 employees.
- Lead and develop operations, facility management, operations, traffic, and planning.
- Ultimately responsible for an extremely important and strategic procurement process.
- Be responsible for and execute the communicated strategies.
- Conduct dialogues with the contract manager, hold union discussions, and answer questions.
To be eligible for the role:
- Many years of experience in railways or other types of public transport/traffic.
- You have solid experience of procurement and tendering procedures.
- You are a well-liked leader with very strong communication skills.
- Experience in media is an advantage.
About the process:
