Erik has a background in manufacturing and production, having held positions as production manager, factory manager, and site manager. As CEO, he has also worked primarily in manufacturing environments, where he has been involved in overall efforts to streamline production and factory operations. One of his first CEO roles was for a well-known Swedish manufacturing company worth billions. Erik created growth opportunities for the company by maximizing profits and broadening categories. He was also involved in merging and streamlining factories. In other CEO roles, he has had a more commercial focus. At another manufacturing company, also a billion-dollar company, he was responsible for developing the sales function and KPIs. In that role, he also consolidated two factories to streamline production and reduce costs. Erik's experience with change management makes him an interim consultant who is both confident and decisive. He has been working on a project basis for the past five years, and is currently stepping down from an interim assignment where he led a divestment in a retail company.
Erik is available for CEO assignments with a clear change agenda. He prefers to work in manufacturing and production environments.
