Beatrice threw herself into working life after high school and quickly found her niche as accounting manager for a small finance company. She then moved to a public sector organization with responsibility for finance and some personnel management. She then chose to study for a degree in economics and worked in parallel for a beauty company selling fast-moving consumer goods as finance manager. She then started her own company and, since 2008, has held positions as interim accounting manager and controller at one of the audit firms' internal finance departments, interim finance manager at a well-known retail company, interim senior controller at a grocery chain, and most recently as interim CFO at one of the pharmacy operators.
With 20 years of broad and operational experience in finance, Beatrice is a reliable resource to call on in her role as the person ultimately responsible for the finance function. She thrives in assignments that involve getting less well-functioning organizations in order, preferably including personnel responsibility and responsibility for driving internal projects.
