In total, Lisbeth has held senior finance roles for 25 years. After seven years as finance manager for companies in the automotive industry, she joined a global retail company where her career really took off. Here she had the opportunity to try out various roles in the finance field, including finance manager with responsibility for HR issues, IT, real estate, logistics, communications, purchasing, and M&A. After ten years and a very impressive career development, she was externally recruited to the CFO position within a technology group. There, she has been part of a change journey that has involved a completely new management team, the implementation of LEAN, major rationalization projects, a new organizational structure, and extensive personnel changes. The changes have had an immediate positive effect, and it is now clear that the decisions made and implemented over the past two years have been the right ones for the company—largely based on her analysis and implementation.
Lisbeth is an interim consultant who will have an accounting manager reporting to her. She comes into her own when she gets to work closely with companies that want to undergo change and need a resource to help them create an action plan and drive its implementation.
