Malin started as a management consultant at one of the world's leading consulting firms. After advancing to project manager and working in that role for two years, she moved to the internal finance department as senior controller and then accounting manager. She then took a position as finance manager at a fast-growing fintech company and became CFO as the company grew. An opportunity then arose to return to the service side as finance manager for an IT consulting company, an opportunity she seized. When the company was sold, she decided to go freelance and has been hired by eight clients, exclusively in the role of CFO/finance manager. The common denominator has been her deep involvement in change projects, not only as an executor but also as part of the management team.
