He has worked with recruitment in roles including Business Area Manager for Banking & Finance at Michael Page International. Wictor has also worked with executive recruitment at Heidrick & Struggles in the consumer and industrial sectors. He has been self-employed and Investment Manager for a privately owned private equity fund and Interim Head of Communications for Reac Fuel, a company in the alternative energy sector. Wictor has a US bachelor's degree from the JIBS International Business School, as well as additional academic qualifications from Hawaii Pacific University, Yale University, Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, and Stockholm University.
