After three years as a business controller at an established FMCG company, Catherine was handpicked to become CFO at a food group. She was young at the time, but stayed and grew into the role as a natural part of the management team. When the company acquired an entrepreneur-driven company, she took on the role of CEO, followed by several years in general management roles within the group before stepping down to start working on a project basis. She then had significant years as a leader with a strong financial understanding behind her. Specifically, Catherine had a track record of driving profitability projects and growing companies through acquisitions, new business areas, and markets. As an interim consultant, she recently completed an assignment in the food industry where she helped create long-term growth strategies for a new market.
Catherine has experience in fast-moving consumer goods and is interested in roles as CEO/Business Area Manager. Thanks to her financial experience, she can also step in as a business-oriented CFO.
