She has worked as an interim consultant for most of her career, progressing from controller roles to more accounting-intensive management positions. Johanna has a broad range of accounting experience, including monthly and annual financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and project management to improve reporting processes. In her consulting role, Johanna is driven by change management and is accustomed to working with continuous improvements and implementing new procedures to streamline accounting work. She has just completed her latest assignment, where she was the overall project manager responsible for transitioning the accounting function to reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
