Alexander is an experienced leader. His first management role was as production manager for a manufacturing company with a turnover of around SEK 300 million. Alexander had functional responsibility and led around 20 employees in driving improvement projects and overseeing day-to-day operations. A couple of years later, he was headhunted as factory manager and later site manager for a global FMCG company. For some time now, Alexander has been working as an interim consultant with assignments as site manager. His assignments have focused on change projects aimed at increasing profitability and implementing new processes. Most recently, he worked for a food company, preparing the company's factories for expansion, including implementing necessary efficiency projects for their production lines.
Alexander has held a number of leadership roles in the manufacturing and production industry. He is driven by change projects and has implemented several turnarounds.
