As a newly graduated economist, Henric was offered a newly created position as financial advisor at the start-up of a new company in the destination industry. After the company was established, he became financial manager and introduced a new business system as well as routines and processes that enabled the company to continue to grow. He then moved to a food company as financial controller with responsibility for five employees. His areas of responsibility also included IT, logistics, and inventory valuation. Henric's career continued abroad as the company expanded into the Nordic countries. In Denmark, he became CFO at the newly established production facility and worked operationally with financial statements and ongoing financial management for a year before an accounting manager was recruited. He is now completing his third assignment as an interim CFO at a small FMCG company.
With experience from start-ups, growth journeys, and downsizing, Henric has been involved in solving most problems that can arise in a finance function. He feels a particularly strong sense of responsibility for his clients, which is evident in his work. We recommend him above all to medium-sized companies looking for a comprehensive CFO who is happy to work at both high and low levels.
