Erika is a senior communications and leadership consultant with broad expertise in both internal and external communications. She started as an interim consultant many years ago and has had several assignments during her career. The latest in line have been at global companies where she, among other things, developed strategic communication internally and coached chiefs of staff spread over several different countries. She has also been involved in planning and implementing communication initiatives regarding major changes, downsizing, mergers and sales. Most often, she has been an important support for managers and management when it comes to communication issues, and to implement the necessary strategies.
