As a Recruitment Researcher & Business Support, you will be part of a research team consisting of ten employees and work closely with an experienced recruitment consultant on site in Stockholm. You will be a significant part of driving fast, accurate deliveries and appointments to our clients.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Identify and contact candidates suitable for current assignments
- Interview senior interim consultants, mainly by phone, and evaluate ideal match for assignments
- Together with the recruitment consultant, be responsible for everything from start-up meetings with the client, requirement specifications, advertising, search strategy to presentation and contract writing
- Manage information in our CRM system during each assignment process
- Help us find new customers by identifying and qualifying new target companies
- Create clear and representative candidate presentations to our clients
- Ensure a positive experience for our candidates and continuously manage applications in our system

- You have an academic degree in human resources or equivalent
