Practicing Researcher

We are now looking for a practicing researcher to further strengthen our internal organization. The role is designed as an internship with a good opportunity for the right person to transition into a permanent position.

Job responsibilities

In the role of Researcher, you will work broadly to support your colleagues in ongoing recruitment processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Research work – identifying new candidates for ongoing recruitment assignments.
• System updates regarding existing candidates and client companies.
• Preparation of supporting material for candidate presentations.
• Market analyses of potential customer companies.
• Administration and design of advertisements.

Who we are looking for

• We believe that you are someone with a keen interest in the recruitment industry and people, and who has the ambition to continue your career in executive recruitment (preferably with us).
• That you want to gain relevant work experience before starting your first job after completing your studies.
• You are meticulous and familiar with systems.
• Have an interest in learning new things.

Other information about the role

• You will report to Marie-Louise Forssling, Head of Administration & Research.
• We see the role as 3-5 days per week, with work performed during normal working hours and the option to work either full or half days. (so you don't miss any lectures)
• The length of the internship is determined in consultation with you as a candidate, but must be at least 6 months long.
• The internship is paid.
