Interim Search has been commissioned to find an interim CEO for a company in Gothenburg that is undergoing a change process. The company has a turnover of SEK 122 million and 31 employees.
As interim CEO and change leader, you will begin by reviewing the company's business model, market position, and current sales channels.
In the role of interim CEO, you will be responsible for:
- Development of the business model to reverse the trend.
- Find new distribution channels and partners for the company's products.
- Manage, develop, and motivate the company's sales team.
- Personnel changes and recruitment.
- Formulate a new strategic plan.
To be eligible for the assignment, you must:
- Recently served as CEO of a company with a similar number of employees.
- Recently worked in sales operations.
- International experience and fluent in spoken and written English.
- Experience in B2B sales of products.
- Driven business development and the development of existing business models.
- Motivated and stimulated by change management.
- High energy level.
