Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Team Manager in one of Sweden's major companies in the energy sector. You will be part of a department responsible for the company's customer relations and lead a team of 11 people. Location is in Stockholm.
The team is responsible for all customer matters in a specific area. The work includes not only customer contacts but also contacts with contractors and management of the company's administrative systems. The team is facing changes in order to improve the customer experience where digitalization is a significant part. You will be part of a management team and take an active role in meeting the increasing demands of the industry.
To be considered for the post, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of managerial experience with an academic degree, preferably in engineering
- Proven leadership skills with an understanding of processes and the importance of follow-up
- Experience in digitization issues and management role in customer service is an advantage
- Structured, responsible, clear communicator
- Good understanding of economics and familiarity with budgeting and financial monitoring
- Service oriented
