Interim Retail Director

As Interim Retail Director, you will be responsible for B2C sales and operations in the department stores. The role is part of the Swedish management team and has a number of subordinate managers.

Responsibilities:

• Implement methodology and retail processes in department stores.
• Develop and systematize sales.
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop multi-channel sales.
• Take active leadership over both managers and employees with a focus on sales, profitability, and the customer.
• Develops and strengthens corporate culture.

To be eligible for the assignment

• Do you have experience in a similar role within retail?.
• Knowledge of sales & marketing and category development.
• Worked on continuously developing in-store sales.
• Experience of change management.
• Do you have solid experience as a leader?.
• Knowledge of e-commerce
