Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR Change Manager to a group with headquarters in Stockholm. The company is in need of a significant change in how they work with competence supply. The assignment is located in Stockholm and the company works on a Nordic level. You are a member of the HR management team and report to the HR Director.
Your mission is to prepare the change process and then run it as project manager. The change is about centralizing the recruitment work and developing how the company works strategically, which includes recruiting both field staff and key people, developing a plan for how the company will work with diversity and responsibility for the trainee program.
To be suitable for this role, you will have an HR background in large organizations where you have driven change. You have experience in recruitment and are stimulated by combining strategic and operational work. The assignment starts October 10, 2016 and lasts for twelve months on a full-time basis. There is a possibility to work 50-100% until the end of the year and then full time. Interviews at the client company will take place continuously during week 41.
