Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Sales Manager to an internationally listed company based in Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for a sales team of approximately 10 people targeting a specific segment in Sweden.
- Structures and processes are in place, the Sales Manager will initiate improvements.
- Team leader, including coaching and participation in customer presentations, etc.
We are looking for you:
- Relevant post-secondary education, preferably further education with a focus on sales courses.
- Who has experience in sales management within B2B, including software and products.
- Experience in handling negotiations and closing deals in B2B.
- Who is committed, driven, and accustomed to working in a structured manner.
- Good teamwork skills and proven experience of successfully leading sales teams.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6 months, starting on April 15, 2022. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place in connection with this.
