Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Factory Manager for a large international company in the manufacturing industry, based in northern Sweden.
Main duties:
- As Factory Manager, lead a production organization with a focus on greater efficiency, culture, quality, and production results.
- Develop a climate of cooperation by involving everyone in the changes that have been implemented.
- Daily operational work.
- Responsibility for further developing structure and procedures.
- The factory manager is responsible for the logistics, production, and inspection departments and has four reporting managers under him: logistics manager, production manager, production engineering manager, and quality manager.
- You will report to the CEO and be part of the management team.
We are looking for you:
- Who have an academic degree in economics and/or engineering.
- With experience as a factory manager, preferably with experience of continuous assembly via line in a large international organization.
- With solid leadership experience and experience in leading lean projects.
- Experience with more advanced warehouse systems and the ability to see how all parts of the organization are connected.
- Who is good at creating engagement, participation, and delivery among employees.
- Who is driven, structured, communicative, and finds it easy to collaborate with others.
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
About the process:
The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 10 months, starting on March 15, 2022. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place in connection with this.
