Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Quality Manager to a global company based in the Gothenburg area.
In the role of Interim Quality Manager, you will drive and coordinate quality work globally in an engineering-heavy organization, with the main goal of ensuring the quality system. You will report to the CEO.
Main duties:
- Global quality responsibility
- Drive, coordinate, and ensure quality assurance globally in mostly long-term and large-scale projects
- Support operations with process improvement and strategies
- Evaluate, maintain, and develop quality management systems in line with activities, requirements, and quality objectives
- Monitor and ensure compliance with rules and guidelines
- Documentation
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree in engineering or similar
- Industrial experience
- Many years of experience in a similar international/global position
- You are confident, curious, communicative, and a coaching team leader.
- You can support, challenge, and develop quality work
- Technical industry experience is an advantage
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for six months, starting in January. We will present candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place in connection with this.
