Interim TA Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead operating reviews for the T/A with Service Owners/Managers and Management.
• Recommend, monitor and follow up KPI’s and targets for SLA/OLA specification
• Drive continuous improvements
• Accountable that inventory register and portfolios are updated with correct information
• Ensure swift resolution of problems within SLA targets and work proactively to prevent incidents from occurring
• Chair review forums, prioritizing enhancements to the T/A and the use of resources within allocated funding
• Identify opportunities for improvements of the T/A and corresponding IT services
• Ensure and monitor successful completion of all requests for change (RFCs) to ensure that the processes used follow the change schedule
• Work with suppliers to secure deliveries
• Gather feedback from business partners and end-users
• Financial responsibility for the allocated annual budget of the T/A
• The T/A Manager can manage Service/Application/Operations Analysts and suppliers in the delivery

You have 5-10 years experience of working in a similar context and it is especially meriting if you have experience from working in a large company with multiple offshore delivery centres and thrives in a multicultural environment.
