Interim Senior Business Controller
Stockholm | AnonymtFor an innovative company that works with business services, we are immediately looking for an interim senior business controller located centrally in Stockholm. The company has a turnover of approximately SEK 500 million and delivers positive results.
Responsible for the monthly financial reporting, budget and forecasts for the company globally, which consists of financial reports, investment analyses, cost settlements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, budgets, the annual accounts, and multi-year planning. Another important task is to improve operational processes and controls. Key deliverables as down below:
Main focus areas:
- Close the month (P/L) from a business control perspective.
- Prepare the monthly financial report.
- Responsible for preparation of Budget and forecast annually.
- Cash flow analyses.
- P/L analyses and strategic analyses.
- Lead and manage 1 FTE’s.
- Take part in the local management team meetings and daily operational work.
To be current for the assignment:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience of finance/audit/accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English.
- Strong analytical skills. Proficient/strong ability in structuring, planning and scheduling activities in a rational manner.
- Good skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communications.
- Good knowledge of basic Office package (e.g., outlook, excel, power point), digital-oriented attitude.
- Strong skills in cooperating with colleagues on different organizational levels.

About the process:
The assignment is carried out full-time and is expected to last for 6-8 months and starts on February 1, 2023.
