Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an Interim HR Manager Nordics to a client within the construction industry.


The company is a leading supplier on the European market, with a focus on production and technical solutions supporting infrastructure. The company has several offices around Sweden and it is possible to work either from the one located in Gothenburg or the one in Stockholm.

 

Responsibilities and main tasks:

  • As member of the Group HR Team, at all times represent the interests of the company and actively promote and contribute to the strategic direction, overall goals, vision and values.
  • Being a strong HR Business Partner to the organization (own area of responsibility) and supportive in the day to day activities.
  • Responsible for developing and executing human resource annual plan for own area of responsibility in support of the overall business plan and to become the best employer in this industry.
  • Participates (and may lead certain activities) in assigned and agreed HR Group Projects related to e.g. people processes and tools such as succession planning, talent management, performance management, training and development, induction, recruitment, H&S and reward & compensation.
  • Safeguards the ethical and social aspects of business and society, and the laws, regulations and administrative rulings of governmental organizations and other regulatory and advisory authorities and organizations as well as internal policies.
  • Responsible for Payroll in own area.

 

Qualifications and whom we are looking for: 

  • 5+ years relevant working experience within HR.
  • Experience of working in an international environment, preferably from the industrial sector in general.
  • University degree, probably with focus on Human Resources, Management or Business Administration.
  • Knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, health and safety, training and development.
  • Demonstrated ability to serve as a successful partner to the local management team that provides company leadership and direction.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources programs.
  • Fluent in Swedish as well as English. It is advantageous if you also speak Finnish.

 

About the process

The assignment is expected to start during the month of November and will go on for approximately 6 months. We present candidates as soon as possible and customer interviews are held on November 18th.
