Interim Financial Accountant Finland
Stockholm | AnonymtTo an international Company we are now looking for a Financial Accountant placed in Stockhom with responsibility for Finland, approx. 6 months.
In the role Accountant, your main responsibilities will be within monthly reporting and to support our business with various business processes for our unit in Finland. You will be part of the Financial Controlling team and report to ”Head of Financial Controlling”. The position is based in Stockholm.
More specifically, you will
Main tasks:
- Manage customer billing in a timely manner, payments and handling of accounts receivables including collection processes.
- Handle supplier invoices and register in work-flow system Palette.
- Perform month-end account reconciliations and other monthly closing activities.
- Internal and external invoicing to business partners both domestic and international.
- Accounting and analyses of accounts receivables, accounts payables and the general ledger.
- Create and analyze AP and AR by compiling electronic data and required documentation.
- Monthly closing process and support our finance partner Cognizant with regular reporting to tax authorities.
- Provide adequate support to business and work in close collaboration with our shared service center Cognizant.
- You will also be a part of process development within accounting and financial controlling as well as overall projects within the Nordic Finance team.
To be relevant for the role:
- +5 years of experience in a similar position within financial controlling/accounting.
- Experience from entertainment business or telecom, media or fintech business is meriting.
- Accounting experience including intangible assets, inter companies, revenue allocation.
- Fluent in Finnish, English and Swedish.
- Skilled in Excel.
