Interim Business Unit Director & General Manager
Västergötland | KonfidentielltInterim Search har fått i uppdrag att tillsätta en Business Unit Director & General Manager till ett dotterbolag i Västergötland som ingår i en internationell koncern.
Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
General Manager
- Coordinates the Country from the cross functional perspective ensuring full teamwork across all BU’s and supporting functions
- Line Manager and responsible for supporting functions such as local Finance, HR, Health & Safety and Marketing
- Legal responsible from a tax, balance sheet, compliance and health and safety perspective
- Accountable for Country communications and ensure regular business updates are done in close collaboration with other Business Unit Directors (if
applicable)
Business Unit Director
- Local ownership of the Business Unit, driving the gross profit, revenue and margins for the full business segment
- Full P&L responsibility for own unit/business segment
- Define and implementing the agreed Country business unit plan (as part of the Group Business unit strategy)
- Support our Product & solutions development process through feeding into the Business Unit any customer or stakeholder insights that comes up through the country
- Implement the BU Sales/channel strategy in assigned country, campaigns, and activities
För att vara aktuell för rollen:
- University degree or equivalent
- High level of general business and financial understanding
- 5+ years of P&L Management
- 10+ years experience from Sales & Marketing, Product management in a Technical sales environment
- Solid Management experience and proven trackrecord as a leader and communicator
- Proven trackrecord in achieving results and profitable growth
Om processen:
Uppdraget beräknas starta upp senast mitten på juni, helst tidigare och kommer pågå i minst 6 månader i väntan på en permanent General Manager.
