Interim Business Controller
Uppland | KonfidentielltInterim Search is now appointing an Interim Business Controller to a large international company in northern Uppland. This is a 4,5 month long assignment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In this position you are part of our Business Control team. Our Business Control team supports the organization in achieving its business objectives by providing support within financial reporting and consolidation, business analysis as well as performance review. As a Business Controller you provide financial information for the performance management process, follow up on actual results, as well as validate business cases and investment proposals. You create forecasts, analyze, and follow up on performance, and present your findings to provide actionable recommendations and support decision making. In addition, you contribute with your financial knowledge to various change and development projects. In our Business Control team you have a joint responsibility for standardized tools and ways of working and you actively contribute in finding improvements in our daily operations.
Education and Experience:
- An Academic degree in Finance/Business Administration.
- Few years’ experience in business control or similar roles.
- Experience from production environments and global organizations is a plus.
- Excellent skills in SAP and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
