In the role of Recruitment Researcher & Business Support, we are looking for someone who is business-driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will work in a team with one of our most experienced recruitment consultants. Together, you will identify business opportunities and customer needs, and appoint interim consultants both in Sweden and abroad. This is a varied and business-oriented position where you will manage many points of contact. The role requires proactivity and the ability to prioritize projects and processes independently. Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact candidates who are suitable for current assignments.
  • Interview senior interim consultants, primarily by telephone, and evaluate ideal matches for assignments.
  • Together with the recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for everything from initial meetings with clients, requirements specifications, advertising, search strategy, to presentations and contract drafting.
  • Manage information in our CRM system during each assignment process.
  • Proactively identify business opportunities, partners, and customers both in Sweden and abroad.
  • Project management of marketing and sales activities for our international business area International Desk.


Who we are looking for:

  • You have an academic degree in business administration, human resources, or equivalent, or a few years of work experience.
  • You are a curious person who thrives in fast-paced environments characterized by a high work tempo and business-critical needs.
  • You are used to supporting others, acting proactively, and enjoy working in a service-oriented role.
  • You are fast, efficient, thorough, and good at organizing.
  • You can switch between structured and demand-driven tasks.
  • You are positive and want to be part of our continued growth journey.
  • You express yourself well in speech and writing in both Swedish and English.
  • It is advantageous if you have at least 2 years of work experience in administrative roles, such as sales support or similar in other industries.
  • Previous experience in recruitment is an advantage.

About the process:

The process is underway and interviews are being conducted on an ongoing basis for this role, which will start in early January. The role is initially a fixed-term position with an expected assignment period from January 2025 to January 2026, with the possibility of extension and, for the right person, permanent employment within the company.
