In March, our fantastic colleague Natalia will be going on parental leave, so we are now looking for a temporary Marketing Manager for 12 months at our head office in Stockholm.
Interim Search is a recruitment company specializing exclusively in interim management—appointing managers and specialists for temporary assignments. We are an entrepreneur-driven growth company that has received multiple awards, including Gazelle Company (four years in a row) and Super Company (three years in a row).
The head office is centrally located in new premises at Karlaplan in Stockholm, and there are two additional regional offices in Gävle and Gothenburg. The company currently has 19 employees.
In the role of Marketing Manager, you will work independently with considerable creative freedom while providing significant support to the company's sales organization. You will report to the Marketing & Sales Manager, who is also a co-founder of the company., Wictor Bonde.
Main duties:
- Content marketing – creating content for websites and newsletters, as well as editorial content in the form of articles, press releases, and case studies
- Marketing automation – follow up on newsletters and marketing initiatives with the aim of supporting the sales organization
- Designing a communication plan and managing the budget
- Responsibility for and ongoing management of social media channels
- Market analyses of target companies and potential customers
- Prepare materials for external presentations and events
- Create job advertisements in collaboration with recruitment consultants
- Create monthly presentations for employees and management
- Ongoing management of activities related to customer satisfaction
- In collaboration with Wictor, act as a requirements specifier for an external marketing agency regarding website optimization and search engine optimization.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Experience in data-driven marketing and content marketing
- Experience writing editorial texts with senior counterparts
- Good general computer skills with knowledge of digital media and social channels
- An ability to prioritize and a flexible approach to work that suits a fast-paced environment

About the process:
