Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim IT program manager to a company that is in the early stages of an exciting digitalization journey. The overall plan has been decided and implementation of the plan is now beginning. The company has a turnover of around SEK 700 million. Organizationally, the program manager reports to the IT manager. The program includes both internal and external resources covering the areas included in the scope.
Main duties
- Establish a clear structure for programs and subprojects
- Manage, monitor, and report progress
- Work closely with operations, IT, and management
- Ensure IT architecture, integrations, and security
- Take a hands-on approach and work closely with project stakeholders
To be eligible for the role, you must
- Solid experience in leading digitization projects
- Relevant education and several years of experience in similar roles
- Some form of certification in program/project management
- Understanding service design and customer-centric solutions
- Overall understanding of technical solutions and cybersecurity
- Driven, self-motivated, and change-oriented
