Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim VP of Service Operations / Transformation Leader to a global company in the IT services sector, headquartered in northern Stockholm.
Main duties:
- Responsible for the transformation of IT service operations
- Lead global management team and work closely with business area managers
- Establish an action plan for the transformation work and a long-term strategic agenda
- Drive the digitalization strategy work
- Streamline and automate global operations
The person we are looking for:
- Recently held overall responsibility for Service Operations in an IT service organization
- Is an experienced change leader
- Experience leading virtual teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (in Swedish and English)
- Accustomed to switching between strategic and operational issues
- Has solid business and financial understanding.
- Accustomed to data- and key figure-driven operations
The assignment is full-time. It will start at the beginning of October and is expected to last for at least 18 months.
