Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an experienced business consultant with a background in finance and consolidated accounting for an assignment focused on creating a new finance manual. The assignment involves mapping and documenting financial processes and ensuring that they are clear and user-friendly for the organization.
Main duties:
- Map and document financial processes and procedures
- Responsible for compiling a new financial handbook
- Ensure that documentation is clear and easily accessible to users
- Collaborate with relevant departments/offices to collect and document information
To be eligible for the role:
- Has solid experience in consolidated accounting
- Is structured and accustomed to documenting and creating process descriptions
- Has business acumen and can translate complex information into clear guidelines
- Is self-motivated and enjoys working in a consultative capacity
- Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of Unit4 and Cognos is an advantage
About the process:
The assignment is part-time and will last for 4-6 months, starting immediately.
The assignment can be performed remotely, with travel to the customer's various regional offices.
