Main responsibilities:;

• Manage and develop existing business
• Ensuring continued growth
• Evaluate and strengthen leadership levels
• Ensure recruitment and staffing
• Streamline and drive long-term profitable project operations

To be eligible for the role;

• Relevant academic degree in engineering or economics
• Several years of management experience (leading through other managers) as CEO/Division/Business Area Manager with full P&L responsibility
• Bakgrund från verksamhet inom entreprenad, anläggning, infrastruktur eller annan typ av projektverksamhet
• Management experience in managing, leading, and driving technical project activities
• Management experience in conducting negotiations on contractual issues and liaising with major customers
• High level of business acumen with the ability to manage, be clear, and at the same time build good relationships with operational activities

About the process

The assignment is full-time, starting in January, and is expected to last for six months.
