Interim Executive Assistant 50%

Main duties:

• Responsibility for assisting the CEO, management team, and board of directors
• Support, planning, and management prior to and during management team meetings and board meetings
• Planning and coordination of trips, activities, and events
• Responsibility for planning, email and calendar management, meeting preparations, report production, minute-taking, and other customary executive assistant duties.
• Close cooperation with other functions in the organization

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Good system knowledge and experience in handling and producing digital reports
• Very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• You are confident in your role, thick-skinned, solution-focused, and accustomed to working at a fast pace in a varied environment.
• You are self-motivated and confident in your role.
• Experience with Cicero is an advantage.

About the process:

The assignment covers 50% and is expected to last approximately 6 months, starting in January. We will present candidates in week 49, and interviews with the client will take place in week 49.
