Interim CEO

Main duties:

• Immediately assume full operational responsibility and establish strong leadership in the construction organization.
• Analyze the existing organization and implement necessary changes to optimize processes, procedures, and profitability.
• Implement targeted personnel changes and redeployments to ensure that the right skills are in the right place.
• Work closely with the owners to develop a solid basis for decision-making regarding the company's future structure.
• Responsible for day-to-day operations, including project portfolio, finance, and quality assurance.

To be eligible for the role:

• Proven successful experience as a CEO, construction manager, or similar senior management role, preferably in the construction, civil engineering, or contracting industry.
• Specific experience of leading and implementing successful restructuring in companies of a similar size (approx. SEK 50–100 million in turnover).
• Proven ability to quickly drive change and create structure, motivation, and stability.
• Available for work on site in the Gothenburg region.
• Experience working with owner-managed companies undergoing strategic change.

About the process:

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for 6-8 months, starting immediately. We will present candidates on Friday, December 5, and interviews with the client will take place at that time.
