Interim CEO

Main duties:

• Lead and accelerate the implementation of a strategic change program, with clear milestones and follow-up.
• Provide cohesive leadership to the management team and drive cultural change and skills development.
• Develop and clarify the organization's offering to increase value creation and stakeholder engagement.
• Act as a stabilizing force and ensure coordination between the board, management, and employees.
• Support major strategic initiatives of business-critical importance. Maintain close and effective dialogue with a highly engaged Board of Directors.

To be eligible for the role: 

• Do you have documented experience from roles as CEO or senior manager, preferably in complex, value- and knowledge-intensive environments?.
• Do you have the strength to lead organizations through transformation?.
• Do you have the ability to drive implementation with structure, pace, and pragmatism?.
• Do you have solid experience in leadership development and internal skills building?.
• Are you accustomed to working closely with active boards and managing complex stakeholder environments?

About the assignment: 

The assignment is full-time and is expected to last for approximately six months, starting as soon as possible. Location at the head office in central Stockholm.
