Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Letting Agent for an exciting company in the Gothenburg area.
Main duties:
- Work in property management systems for efficient handling of the rental process
- Carry out rental activities for, among other things, housing, parking, and storage space
- Responsibility for the entire rental process, including management and contract drafting
- Handling of ongoing tenancy law issues and matters, such as transfers and subletting
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience with the Xpand and Momentum property management systems
- Experience with the rental process
- Proactive and service-oriented attitude
- Initiative takers with the ability to make their own decisions
About the process:
The assignment is full-time, starting at the end of August, and is expected to last for approximately four months, with the possibility of extension.
