Interim Maintenance Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and inspire a maintenance team of approximately 15 people.
• Ensure operational reliability in the production environment.
• Drive improvement initiatives in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance.
• Establish and follow up on long-term maintenance and safety plans.
• Work proactively to identify and address potential security risks.
• Report to management and suggest improvements in both maintenance and safety.

To be eligible for the role:

• Several years of experience in a senior position in maintenance within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to create structure, clarity, and commitment.
• Clear and inspiring leader with a strong drive to develop both people and processes.

About the process:
