Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a customs specialist to a company in Skåne. Other locations may also be possible.
Main duties:
- Manage customer customs administration efficiently.
- Ensure that the company complies with laws and regulations relating to current trade flows.
- Manage import declarations
- Communicate with external parties and relevant authorities to ensure proper handling.
- Be the point of contact in the company and the group for customs issues.
To be eligible for the role:
- Experience in import/export and customs handling, preferably as a freight forwarder or agent.
- Knowledge of different types of declarations and familiarity with various special customs procedures.
- Meritorious if you have experience in FMCG or foodstuffs, as well as classification skills
- Communicative with very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- As a person, you are structured, self-motivated, and have the ability to analyze and make decisions independently.
