Interim Technical Manager

Main duties:

• Lead and distribute work within the Technical Department, which consists of nine employees.
• Ensure that staff are given the necessary information and training to perform their duties correctly
• Identify equipment and staffing needs
• Work according to SAM (systematic work environment management)
• Responsible for a safe working environment, both physically and mentally
• Responsible for ensuring compliance with the company's environmental goals, environmental aspects, environmental programs, and laws and regulations.
• Ensure that the company's obligations, procedures, laws, regulations, and objectives under the management system are fulfilled

Who we are looking for:

• You have a technical degree from a university or equivalent
• Experience of Lean production
• Labor law
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reading drawings
• Basic materials science, brass, copper, aluminum, steel
• Basic knowledge of SPC, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001

About the process:

The assignment is full-time. It will start on May 20 and is expected to last for 3-6 months, after which it will transition into a permanent position.
