Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim Technical Project Manager to a world-leading manufacturing company in its industry. The company is on a growth journey, expanding both organically and through acquisitions, and has now reached a point where it needs to review its AD. We are now looking for a project manager who can drive this project forward. The main tasks are to develop a project plan and resource plan, set the scope, communicate, and drive the project forward using both internal and external resources.

We need a technical project manager who has the ability to plan, budget, and drive the project, but also understands what is required (purely technically) for a successful project. Tough priorities will need to be made, especially when it comes to access to internal resources. There will be a number of stakeholders involved in the project, which means that communication will be important. Competence in Microsoft Azure and AD is, of course, a requirement, as is experience of project management in projects of similar complexity/size.

Some activities in the project:

New, shared AD to be configured with users (approx. 1,400), groups, group rules, etc.
All servers must be reconfigured (approx. 150) – a challenging task for each server.
All computers need to be reconfigured, user profiles migrated.

Main duties:

Develop a project and resource plan.
Communicate and drive the project with internal and external resources.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

Expertise in Microsoft Azure and AD.
Experience of project management within projects of similar complexity and size.
Use English as the company's corporate language.

About the process:

The assignment will start as soon as possible and is expected to last for 6-8 months. The deadline for applications is October 15, 2022.
