Interim Search is now appointing an Interim Talent Acquisition Partner to a large international company in Stockholm. This is a 6-month assignment. Located in the heart of the city.

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates, as well as onboarding new hires. He or she will identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with managers, identify potential “fits” through effective interviewing and testing, effectively administer the interviewing and onboarding process, and ensure a positive new hire experience.

Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Consult with leaders, hiring managers, and human resources teams on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
  • Research and recommend new sources for recruiting active and passive candidates.
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a database/pipeline of candidates.
  • Recruit and perform talent acquisition activities such as resume & phone screens, candidate interviews, recommend final selection of applicants and close qualified candidates.
  • Arrange pre-employment testing, background checks, and reference screenings.

 

Education and Experience:

  • Higher education (university/college) in the field of human resources or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and interviewing is preferred.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Finnish is a plus.

 

The assignment will last for 6 months. We present the candidate to the customer on an ongoing basis.
