Interim Search has been entrusted with appointing an interim Accounting Manager with system responsibility to a retail company based in Västra Götaland.
Main duties:
- System administrator for the business system (development, troubleshooting, structure, and user support).
- Responsibility for ongoing accounting in one of the companies.
- Ongoing accounting and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts.
- Participation in monthly financial statements and reporting.
- Responsibility for customer accounts and factoring flows.
- Invoicing and monitoring of payment flows.
- Support for purchasing when placing orders and system management.
- Point of contact with warehouse regarding item and flow management.
- Participation in the development of financial processes and working methods.
- Participated in the annual accounts process with responsibility for documentation, reconciliations, and reporting.
To be eligible for the role:
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting in a similar role.
- Good understanding of the entire accounting process.
- Experience with factoring and customer payment flows.
- Very good system skills – experience with business systems is a strong merit.
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Fluent Swedish and good English, both spoken and written.
- Personal qualities: Structured, responsible, self-motivated, communicative, and curious about flows/systems.
About the process:
The assignment is to start immediately, covers 100% and is expected to last for 6 months. The assignment will be carried out on site in Västra Götaland, or remotely, and we will present candidates to the client during week 47.
