Main duties:
- Ansvarar för rekryteringsprocesser gällande alla kommersiella roller i bolaget.
- Utveckling av rekryteringsprocesser.
- Talent Management.
To be eligible for the role:
- You have worked with talent acquisition for at least 3 years. For the customer, you are “plug & play.”.
- You have a background in large international companies and are accustomed to working with in-house recruitment.
- Relevant education in behavioral science or economics is an advantage.
- You are communicative, structured, and a good listener.
- You express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
