Interim Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main duties:

• Ansvarar för rekryteringsprocesser gällande alla kommersiella roller i bolaget.
• Utveckling av rekryteringsprocesser.
• Talent Management.

To be eligible for the role:

• You have worked with talent acquisition for at least 3 years. For the customer, you are “plug & play.”.
• You have a background in large international companies and are accustomed to working with in-house recruitment.
• Relevant education in behavioral science or economics is an advantage.
• You are communicative, structured, and a good listener.
• You express yourself very well in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
