Interim Site Controller

As Interim Site Controller, you will report to the Finance Manager for Haldex Brake Products, with a dotted line to the Site Manager in Landskrona. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Drive the development of KPIs and ongoing monitoring for the unit in Landskrona together with the Site Manager
• Responsible for producing monthly reports for the unit together with the Site Manager
• Contacts and cooperation with other organizations in Landskrona, auditors, authorities, and other group companies.
• Actively work to ensure that managers within the unit increase their knowledge of KPIs and financial matters.
• Ensure that personal development takes place in accordance with set goals.
• Support the development and implementation of the new AX12 ERP system within the unit
• Participation in the external audit process of Haldex Brake Products AB

To be eligible for the role, you must meet the following criteria:

• University education (bachelor's or master's degree) with a focus on accounting
• Good knowledge of IFRS and Swedish requirements for financial reporting for listed companies
• Significant expertise in financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory management, accounting, and a genuine interest/ability in financial analysis and problem solving

You are analytical, problem-solving oriented, meticulous, and able to work under pressure, and you are interested in following developments in international/national accounting standards. You are accustomed to reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial reports in both Swedish and English. You are open to change, adaptable, and goal-oriented.
